Jim
Clay is President and a shareholder of Clay &
Associates, Inc.. aaHe is
responsible for tax planning and |

compliance services for individual and business clients.
Specializations include closely held businesses, succession
planning and international taxation.
Jim
graduated with a B.S. from Northern Illinois University
and a Masters in Accountancy and an M.B.A. from the
University of Denver Daniels College of Business and
a Master of Taxation from the University of Denver's
College of Law. Jim also holds the
Enrolled Agent status with the IRS. Jim
has taught accounting as an adjunct faculty member at
Front Range Community College and Colorado School of
Mines.
